Kim
Apperson is a Senior Associate with O.D. Systems, Inc. She holds a
B.A. in criminology from the University of Maryland. After working for
seven years in the Intelligence Community, Ms. Apperson found that her
interests and skills in the areas of leadership, quality
of work life and organizational effectiveness lead her to pursue a consulting
career. She has consulted with organizations in the area of Strategic
Planning
& Teambuilding for Mission Accomplishment.
She has worked on projects supporting organizational efforts to encourage self-directed work teams and supervisory skill development. She has also provided equal employment opportunity and harassment prevention training to several federal sector clients. Ms. Apperson has been part of a team administering surveys to law enforcement agencies nationwide on the topic of community policing. In addition, Ms. Apperson is serving as project manager on two initiatives examining employee retention issues through the development and implementation of exit interviews. |

Tina
M. Chindgren is Director of Training and Senior Associate for O.D.
Systems. Her expertise is in systemic human resource management, professional
development, and skill building. Since 1991, she has provided management
consultation on the complex issues facing organizations in the Federal,
military, education, and business sectors. Her work focuses on integrating
the organization´s human resource vision and values into ongoing
business practices. To enhance individual and organizational performance,
she draws from many disciplines including change management, partnerships,
organizational learning, continuous evaluation and improvement, strategic
planning, and leadership. In her consulting and training work, she ensures
that her clients understand the implications of an increasingly diverse
workforce and customer base.
Ms. Chindgren is regularly invited to present at national training conferences. She has an M.A. in organizational communication, is pursuing her doctorate in human resource development, and is currently on the graduate faculty of Johns Hopkins University. |

Peggy
Hall Donnelly joined O.D.Systems in 1998 after
28 years with the Central Intelligence Agency, the last
8 years as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. She held senior
staff and line positions in personnel administration, human resource development,
communications and public affairs, and executive selection and development,
as well as positions in intelligence management.
She has extensive experience in integrating human resource issues with the vision, mission, and values of organizations, including serving as a member of the executive team of the Office of the Director of Central Intelligence and as the head of the U.S. Intelligence Community’s team for the National Performance Review. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in education and has done graduate work in organization development and related fields at Cornell University, the University of Southern California, the George Washington University, and the University of Maryland. |

Martin
B. Kormanik is Director of Human Resources & Diversity Programs and
Senior Associate. He has worked with multinational corporations, public
sector agencies, and nonprofit organizations, using an OD approach to
organizational, workforce, and individual effectiveness. His subject matter
expertise includes interpersonal communication, leadership, negotiation
and conflict management, executive coaching, career development, teambuilding,
individual and organizational learning, and strategic planning.
Mr. Kormanik's research focuses on individual and organizational change and development, particularly the construct of awareness development. He has regularly presented at national conferences and symposia. He serves on the faculties of the Johns Hopkins and the George Washington universities, teaching management and leadership courses. He holds an M.G.A. from the University of Maryland, focusing on evaluation of training, and is a doctoral candidate (ABD) at the George Washington University, focusing on human resource development. |

Laura
R. Lane is a Senior Associate with O.D. Systems. She has a B.A. in
English and an M.Ed. in student development in higher education.
She joined O.D. Systems after ten years in higher education, where her positions included fundraising, alumni relations, and career development and planning. As Senior Associate, she has provided assessment, consultation, facilitation, and training services to private sector organizations and U.S. Government agencies. Organizational interventions have focused on strategic planning, teambuilding, leadership, workforce diversity, fair employment practices, and harassment prevention. She has also provided professional development training and counseling on career planning, interviewing, networking, and mentoring. |

Loretta
H. Randolph is
Director of Health Management and Communication and a Senior Asociate
with O.D. Systems and is an experienced leader and agent for change. For
more than 20 years, she has partnered with governments and private facilities
in more than ten countries to design service delivery systems, graduate
and continuing medical education programs and new and enhanced service
lines. A skilled group facilitator, Ms. Randolph has designed and facilitated
national and international expert educational and consensus conferences
on a wide range of topics.
Ms. Randolph's research areas of interest include Appreciative Inquiry and Social Constructionism. Ms. Randolph has presented her work nationally and internationally. She has an M.S. in Organization Development & Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. |

Annette
K. Sturdevant is President & CEO of Organization Development Systems,
located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Since 1980, Dr. Sturdevant has
lead O.D. Systems
in providing training & consulting services to public and private sector
clients throughout the world. She holds
a Ph.D. in public policy and public administration,
and a Masters in human resource management and educational administration.
Her bachelors degree is in foreign service
She has served on the Graduate Faculty of Johns Hopkins University, teaching
management courses since 1986, and has taught public administration seminars
for The American University and Ohio University. Dr. Sturdevant has served
on the Army Science Board since 1998, providing a management and leadership
perspective to military operations, and holds top secret and compartmented
clearances in the intelligence community. Her specialty areas include
leadership development, health management & communication, workforce diversity
strategy, executive development, transformational change,
and managing the challenges that technology brings to
the human side of enterprise, including IT management
Her approach to people and organizational issues is creative, imaginative,
positive, full of humor, and highly successful.
Dr. Sturdevant has received numerous awards and commendations from highly satisfied customers and business partners throughout her career. |

Joyce
O. Taylor is a Senior Associate with Organization Development Systems,
Incorporated. She has an M.B.A. in Administrative and Human Resource Management,
M.A. in Education and Administration, and a B.S. in Management. She has
been a consultant to numerous Federal agencies since joining the Corporation
in 1985. Her specialty areas include management/supervisory and leadership
skill development; negotiation, assertive persuasion,and conflict management techniques; effective communication skills; teambuilding
for mission accomplishment; and, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative
Action/ Employment Program Planning.
In 1983, Ms. Taylor was selected for the first edition of Notable Women in Texas. She is on the graduate faculty of Johns Hopkins University and serves on the Board of Directors of the Black Revolutionary War Patriots Foundation. |

William J. Fulkerson joined O.D. Systems after a successful thirty-year career with the Central Intelligence Agency. His extensive experience in diverse areas of the Agency emphasized development of skills in analysis, writing, change management, teambuilding, mentoring, facilitation, and instruction. Since his retirement from the Agency he has shared these skills in one-to-five day seminars in effective decision-making, writing, briefing, and self-editing. Mr. Fulkerson has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and masters degrees in Industrial Management, Public Administration, and Economics. |
