Apperson is

Donnelly joined
O.D.Systems in 1998 after 28 years with the Central Intelligence Agency,
the last 8 years as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. She
held senior staff and line positions in personnel administration,

management.
She has extensive experience in integrating human resource issues
with the vision, mission, and values of organizations, including serving
as a member of the executive team of the Office of the Director of
Central Intelligence and as the head of the U.S. Intelligence Communitys
team for the National Performance Review. She holds a Bachelor of
Arts in education and has done graduate work in organization development
and related fields at Cornell University, the University of Southern
California, the George Washington University, and the University of

He has worked with multinational corporations, public sector agencies,

For more than 20 years, she has partnered with governments and private
facilities in more than ten countries to design service delivery systems,
graduate and continuing medical education programs and new and enhanced
service lines. A skilled group facilitator, Ms. Randolph has designed
and facilitated national and international expert educational and
consensus conferences on a wide range of topics.
Ms. Randolph's research areas of interest include Appreciative Inquiry
and Social Constructionism. Ms. Randolph has presented her work
nationally and internationally. She has an M.S. in Organization

Sturdevant is
President & CEO of Organization Development Systems, located in Old
Town Alexandria, Virginia. Since 1980, Dr. Sturdevant has lead O.D.
Systems in providing training & consulting services to public and
private sector clients throughout the world. She holds a Ph.D. in
public policy and public administration, and a Masters in human resource
management and educational administration. Her bachelors degree is
in foreign service. She has served on the Graduate Faculty of Johns
Hopkins University, teaching management courses since 1986, and has
taught public administration seminars for The American University
and Ohio University. Dr. Sturdevant has served on the Army Science
Board since 1998, providing a management and leadership perspective
to military operations, and holds top secret and compartmented clearances
in the intelligence community. Her specialty areas include leadership
development, health management & communication, workforce diversity
strategy, executive development, transformational change, and managing
the challenges that technology brings to the human side of enterprise,
including IT management.
Her approach to people and organizational issues is creative, imaginative,
